Having a little chat with us could make a big difference!
Our team is made up of our midwife, baby feeding advisors and experienced mums, supported by nutritionists and healthcare professionals. Every year over 50,000 mums-to-be, mums and dads contact us with questions and concerns about pregnancy, labour and birth and feeding their baby. If you have a question, just get in touch - most of us are mums too so we have lots of experience to share!
Your Careline stories

Eva, midwife and mum
I’ve been a midwife for 4 years and a proud mum to my beautiful girl and boy for much longer. I’m also an experienced nurse. It’s natural for mums-to-be to need reassurance from time to time. Whatever your question, we’ll do our best to help.
Pauline, baby care advisor and mum
It’s hard for me to believe, but I’ve been a mum for over 30 years! I’ve got four grown-up children and nine grandchildren. From nights up with newborns, to weaning and toddler tantrums, I’ve been there and got the t-shirt. And I’m here to support you, whatever you need.
Swati, nutritionist and mum
I have an MSc in Human Nutrition and worked in the NHS for five years helping patients, including mums-to-be to eat healthily. I’m also a mum. If you have any questions on eating in pregnancy, weaning or feeding fussy toddlers I’m here to help.
Merveille, baby care advisor
As a baby care advisor I’ve been asked all sorts of questions. Being a new mum or dad involves learning a whole load of new skills and it’s a good idea to get advice from other people, whether that’s friends, family, healthcare workers, or from us.
Sheila, baby care advisor and mum
New mums and dads naturally have lots of questions. There’s no such thing as a silly one! As a mum myself I have plenty of advice and experience to share. Sometimes it’s just good to talk.
Shaila, baby care advisor and mum
As a mother of twins I know how overwhelming and demanding parenting can be at times. A reassuring chat with someone who really understands can make all the difference.
Dominique, baby care advisor
I’ve been responsible for looking after little ones in nurseries for over 6 years. And every day was different! If you would like ideas and tips on caring for babies and toddlers I’ll do my best to help.
As a nutritionist I know how important eating well is to staying healthy. Whether you’re pregnant and wondering what’s best to eat, or a mum with a question about good foods to give your little one, then give the Careline a call.

The difference we've made
I contacted the Careline for a number of things - feeding, sleeping, weaning. The advice I got was brilliant, no matter what the problem was.
Sonya, mum of Hayley
Thank you C&G baby club, I know you're only a phone call away if I need help and advice.
Kerri, mum of Skye
I have a number of baby books I could have referred to but found it so much more reassuring to know I was speaking to somebody.
Nicky, mum of Ted
It was nice to speak to someone who understands. I came away from my computer with a smile on my face.
It was fantastic the support I received one-to-one. It's a brilliant service where you can be answered within a few moments.
Laura, mum of Lucas
Having the Careline there made us feel like we were not alone.
Emma, mum of Sam
The C&G baby club Careline is a service for UK residents. Unfortunately we can't offer recommendations for infant and child care outside of the UK. Please speak to your local healthcare professional if you have any questions about your baby.
