What is Omega-3?

Omega-3 is one family of Long Chain Polyunsaturated acids. Long chain polyunsaturated fatty acids (LCPs) are the building blocks of the fats (technically called lipids) and play an important role in the diet.

DHA stands for docosahexaenoic acid. DHA is a type of Omega-3 fatty acid.
