I can't get my 4 month old to sleep thru the night.We do the whole bath,bottle,bed routine.with lights out & in a sleep pod to try & cut down on the disturbance.During the day i breast feed but at bedtime he has a rusk & a bottle to try & fill him up but still he won't sleep longer than 6 hours.My husband & other children can't cope with the training where they cry for 5 mins you settle them & let them cry again & so on.Has anyone got any ideas how to get my little one to sleep without the crying?He's now staying awake after his feed at 3am.I've tried settling him without this feed but he's not having it so I'm spending the rest of the night up with him,sometimes on the sofa just so he doesn't wake the rest of the house.Not the right thing to do I know but I can't hold him for 2 hours rocking him.any ideas?
