My little girl didn't start sleeping thro until she was more like 4 months old, at 3 months she was waking at 4am for a feed, she eventually dropped it by waking nearer 6 for the feed then one night didn't bother at all - I think the experts say that by 4 months babies are def capable of sleeping thro if they are getting all the food they need in the day. If you want to get you baby into routine you will have to start waking them so that you can get on track, at 3 months I was feeding - 8, 11, 2pm, 5pm, 7.30pm and 11pm and she was sleeping when she was tired which was usually about 2 hours from the last time she woke up - so if I got her up at 8 then - roughly; 10 (short nap) ,1(long nap) and 4 (short nap)and to bed at 7.30pm. You can decide with your baby when is the best tinme to start the day.
Once she was in a good routine I noticed such a difference in her happiness, she only cried just before a feed and when tired - also meant we could plan to go out places - but I would be able to change times if needed without it bothering her.
Now she is 4months old she naturally started going 4 hours between feeds - so the routine changed again! Good luck!
