My baby started to wake up in the night at 14 weeks after having slept from 9pm to 7am from 10 weeks old. She only wakes up once and is hungry so has a feed which is fine but was taking over an hour to settle back to sleep and would only go off if I sat by her bed, which was exhausting. When she was very small white noise, such as the hoover, would calm her right down so I taped white fuzz noise from the radio and put a portable stereo by her bed. Then after the feed I just pressed play and snuck off back to bed. The first night I sat with her for 10mins, the second night 5mins and now I often don't need it at all but its there if she seems wide awake. The noise seems to calm her and she would just lie there listening and nod off. Maybe this will work for you!!
