My baby is 11 weeks old and suffered terribly from wind and colic up until she was about 6 weeks old thankfully however it has improved since then - so hang on in there, so many people will tell you that your baby will grow out of it but when you are both going through it you can never imagine it getting better..
Anyway, to help bring up wind, what I did was sit her upright after each feed to let the milk settle in her tummy. Also, there's a position that she likes where I put her over my forearm on her tummy so that her face is nestled in the crook of my arm and her arms and legs dangle over each side of my arm. The weight of her body lying on her tummy eases the wind pains in her tummy. It can take a while for this to work, so be prepared to walk up and down the hall alot.
My HV perscribed infant gaviscon which we tried for a few days but this made my baby very constipated so we stopped using it.
Hope this helps and that it gets better soon xo
