freezing jarred baby food?

is it alright to freeze the contents of baby jars?
my son is only 4months, so im weaning slowly, he has got bored of baby rice so im trying out different foods.

but when i give him a jar on a night, he doesnt even have 1/4 of a jar, one jar could make about 7-9 meals for him, but they only last 24-48hours in the fridge. so im throwing nearly 3/4 of a jar away every few days.

so can i put the contents of the jars into an ice cube tray and freeze them? it doesnt say so on the jars.

i used c&g orginal and organic and mothers own.

thank you in advance

(i dont want to start him on our food just yet, as he is fed 3 hours before we are.)
