From the book iread, BABYWISE, which is very2 good, there are growth spurt which appear at 10 day,3,6,12 weeks, and again on 4 and six months.so, the baby does SUDDENLY become hungrier, he needs it to grow. And it is only temporary. just feed the baby more frequently, like every 2.5 hours from the START one feeding to the start of another one.if you are bottle feed, put more milk on the bottle. My baby, Tamas, just past one, i had one week break he went back to normal 3 hourly feeding. I think now he's starting another one. If you look for a thicker milk etc, consider that the baby need more food and nutrients, not a food which is slower to digest :). But if it is a hungrier baby, meant, he's always been too hungry, then try contact the peaditrician, maybe they can suggest things like putting baby rice to the milk, etc. Hope this help.
