Sounds like your little one's testing you! You don't give in and let her have toast fingers if she refuses the lumpy food do you? As she will quickley learn that refusing certain foods gets a possitive response from you!
Start making the purees slightly thicker in consistency... still with no lumps, and over the next few weeks, begin to mash rather than puree, so that thicker textures are gradually introduced.
Once you begin to increase the consistency, do not return to puree foods, even if she protests. A baby will not let themselves starve and should soon come round to the idea!
