My boy was 6months on the 19th, I already left a few u could try, but if yer after more veg puree ideas, here's a few she might like...
Squash and lentil bake= 125g butternut squash, (deseeded and diced), 25g red lentils 200ml boiled water, 1 teaspoon veg oil. Boil the squash and lentils in a pan with 150ml of the water, reduce heat and simmer for 30mins. Transfer to blender with remainig water and oil, blend and serve! This should make about 4 servings so u can freeze some for another day. (lentils are rich in minerals and babies tend to like the sweet squash).
Boil up and blend some pumpkin with sweet potatoe... very popular with babies!
Cook some chicken, boil up some rice and veg (carrot/broccolli) mix together and blend with a little olive oil.
You can even add some coriander and tumeric to your recipes for a baby curry!
There is so much your baby can try now she's hit the 6month land mark. Just gradually increase the thickness/lumpiness of the texture, untill she can manage small chunks.
Have you tried her with finger foods yet? xxxxx
