foods - i used to give my daughter lots of finger foods, cooked carrotts, pot, cauliflower etc (which is everything i cooked for us) i also used to make sure her dinner or all meals were sitting at the table so she could watch me eat. i also made her meals and made sure i made a sauce to go with her meals (i used to use a little marmite mix in boiling water 4 a sauce)
milk - when my daughter was a yr she was on 2 bottles of full fat milk. but every childs intake is going 2 b different.
i also brought a real brill book by annabel karmels "new complete baby and toddler meal planner" its split in2 ages. it does cost 13 pounds but i used it all the time with my daughter and started to use it again now im weaning my son.
