hi ya everyone!! just wondering wether 9 weeks after my little girl was born is too soon to start exercising? i have got one of those lateral thigh trainer thingys and really want to get back to myself again!! does anyone know if it is ok to start now or if i should wait a bit? im not sore at all and feel pretty human again, just want to be able to wear my jeans again without having to suck everything in!!
RE: mum@13, what a waste of space, i think these forums are fab, it is so nice to know you are not alone with any probs and just to have a chat! she needs to grow up and get a life!
