They are very important! you may not notice much difference whilst your young, but if you don't do them, it's quite likely you'll have incontinence probs as an older woman (quite old) but it wouldn't be too fetchin looking like a scene from 'little britain!' if you catch my drift!
An easy way to do them is on the loo... by stopping wee mid flow, hold for 5secs, release, then clench and stop the flow... keep an idea of the sensation/muscles you use to do this, because you can tighten these muscles without the aid of the toilet!
It can be quite fun... on the bus.. in the supermarket queue, sitting in front of yer computer...!
Just repeat the exercises a few times a day... you're man will appreciate it too!
