I'm due to go back to work in May, but haven't decided whether I will yet or not. I will only be working to pay for childcare, with none left over and the management are witches, all obsessed with targets etc, so I don't know if its worth it!!! I made a mistake when I was really sick with morning sickness and instead of being understanding, they escalated it to HR and I ended up having a disciplinary hearing at 7months pregnant! Thankfully, they said it shouldn't have even been escalated to HR and dropped the whole thing, but talk about stress!! So, I'm totally confused as well!!
