Hiya all :-)

I had Yusuf 6.5months ago, via emergency c section. I was 10 stone before pregnancy and gained 4 stone during the pregnancy. I've lost 1.5 stone naturally in the months following his birth, but am now finding it a bu**er to lose any more weight! It doesn't matter whether I'm really careful or I junk out, the scales won't shift (they aren't broken - sadly!!)

Has anyone else had this prob and if so, how did they lose weight? I read it was 9 months up/9 months down in the weight department but its getting me down a bit now. I'm on anti depressants (Citalopram) for PN Depression, so not sure if that has anything to do with it?

Help would be appreciated - I've got too many nice Oasis trousers I want to get back into!! Lol!!
