Hiya,
I am 37weeks pregnant on friday, i am trying for a natural delivery after 3 c-sections, alot of people think i am crazy, including memebers of mine and my hubby's family!! It would mean the absolute world to me to give birth naturally, my other 3 children are 5,3 and 21months, this will be our last baby and i really feel strongly towards having her naturally,I have support from my husband and also a doula we have hired to be with us during the birth but i really dont know what to expect during labour, the only time i tried for a natural delivery was with my son 5 years ago and i only got to 4cms in 14 hours so i dont know if that will go against me this time? both my daughters were planned c-sections for different reasons, but i was gutted at the time" does anyonew know of any relaxation techniques to use during labour, i have a birthing ball and have been practising breathing deeply but i am so nervous its unreal! thanks everyone :0)
Love Linzi&baby amber-marie 36+3 xx
