hi no dont panic too much not good for you or your baby, dont lift anything heavy, have you been taking folic acid?you take that for the 1st 3mnths of pregnancy helps give your baby all nutrients they need.
try eat healthy and drink lots milk, avoid pate and soft cheese,whippy ice cream from ice cream vans and mc donalds.peanuts are good for you if you get a little constipated which hopefully you dont. i did/have.dont eat too much tuna, and dont eat any shellfish.
make sure you dont eat any soft cooked runny eggs either.
