First of all congratulations and welcome to the club.
Everyone has different opinions but everyone is different.
I have had tight pains in my groin all of the way through so far, I'm now 24 weeks. They say its your body getting ready. Your bodynow has a lot of work to do to prepare to firstly accomidate your baby and then for you to be able to give birth to your baby. I'm not gonna lie its an exciting yet worrying time. I have had little niggles here and there, pains in my side's, funny feelings under my rbs where my organs have squashed. Some people may not fel any of this at all.
Some people are sick at the begining, some not at all, some all the way through. Some get emotional (I'm one of those) some just feel ill all the way through some feel great all the way though. You can never tell what you will be like. You have had a bit of a shock so of course your gonna be all over the place with your hormones everywhere. You have every right to cry and be emotional and confused, I didn't know if I was coming or going when I first found out, I was scared I was excited then I was scared etc etc, it can go on for months.
Guess what I'm trying to say is everyone is different so don't listen to anyone else, only you know how you feel. Also the blood, I bleed at the begining, it is quite common but you should always get it checked out just in case.
Just try and take it easy and remember its what you think and feel that counts, forget about everyone else, you and your baby are now the most important thing.
Just try and relax and enjoy.
