Hi hun,
Please don't worry the baby will almost certainly be fine!! They are very resiliant to most normal bumps and knocks, I am pregnant with number 4 and with my 1st baby I slipped outside on some ice and fell flat on my bump after being rushed to my local hospital all was well and she is a very healthy 11 year old now!!!
If you are really unsure try calling nhs direct as it is a nurse that will speak to you, I'm sure all will be well but if you feel unsure then you will be best to call them as they will give you advice of what to do and who to call from there.
Regarding the Rhesus jab that is something you have after birth if baby is Rhesus+ it will only be given during pregnancy if you have a bleed.
If you want a buddy to chat to my email is lkmabram@hotmail.com
I will always try to help and reassure you.
Good luck with pregnancy, birth and baby.
