Exercise Advice Please??

Hi there,

I am 14 weeks exactly and now I have my energy back, I intend to start swimming a couple of times a week but I am also a member of a gym and would still like to go but I am unsure what is a safe level of exercise. It turns out I ran a half marathon when I was 3 weeks pregnant but obviously I didn't know and this level of exercise would be unsafe now!! I was thinking about fast walking and bike riding and maybe a few light weights - can anyone offer any advice please?
