I too have just developed flu syptoms :(
I am uptaking my VitC in my diet by eating lots of lovely fresh oranges, and orange juice also a vitC supplement.
I made a small plate of pealed and sliced orange, kewi fruit, bananna wedges, and dried fruit, with a dip of diet yogurt..mmm yummy!!
Last night i made up my own drink of hot water, fresh squeezed lemon and two teaspoons of hunny, this soothed my throat no end!
At night i sleep with a tissue containing a drop of Olbus oil in my pillow to help ckear my nose (this product is safe in pregnancy)
Im keeping warm and am concentrating on my brathing to stay relaxed and not too stressed by the whole flu thing.
