The sickness usually only lasts for the first 3 months, although i did have it for the whole pregnancy as i did with all 4 of mine (9,7,22mnthsand 6months). Dont be put off !.. you soon forget about it once baby is here. Try eating little and often- easier said than done i know, also as soon as you wake up munch on a plain dry biscuit, avoid tea and coffee as they seemed to make my sickness worse, they say ginger biscuits help so they could be worth a try. Dont eat anything greasy or fatty, try to stick to a really bland diet until it passes. Make sure you drink plenty of water so you dont become dehydrated.
