I've had a similar experience to you. In fact my partner wanted the baby and asked me on numerous occasions what was taking so long to get pregnant. One morning he got up early, and when I woke up he was gone and had taken all of his clothes. I was absolutely devastated, because I felt cheated. Everyone knows that your hormones are all over the place when your pregnant, don't blame yourself for his leaving because we all have choices in life and thats a silly mistake that he's made. I had to move back in with my mumn, which was extremely embaressing. It's been a month now and I only heard from him two weeks after he left. I didn't contact him in that time, which I think disapointed him.I think it's important, as hard as it is for you to talk about it to friends and family because it's important to rant to them don't keep it in. My ex has come back to be involved with the child and made his excuses, but I haven't once encouraged his behaviour. Like you, I will never forgive him for what he put me through. Your not the first and not the last person that this has happened to, but you'll be ok.
Keep your eyes on the prize gurl and everything else will follow in due time!!
