Oh you poor thing. My nausea was dreadful in the beginning of this pregnancy but I couldn't find anything that took the sick feeling away completely. I ate salt and vinegar crisps, rich tea biscuits and drank squash. Milk made me worse and ginger just agve me heartburn. Everyone is different I suppose. Have faith in your body, that it will calm down and you will be feeling better in a few weeks time. Feeling ill is a sign that your body is working really well, producing hormones to support your baby. Good luck.
