Thanks for the replies,
I've spoken to her about it and she's said she's going to mention it to the midwife, but she's not worrying about it (now!) -- she's just changed doctors as well to one which is right up the road- literally about five minutes walking, if that as opposed to her old one, about twenty minutes by bus. We've booked an appointment for the midwife there and it's on the 22nd, unfortunatley because the midwife at our local doctors is only in on a Friday.
The baby is still moving a lot though, which gives me peace of mind. My partner seems to often get pain in her stomach though- maybe the baby often lies on nerves? With all of these magazenes and books we buy, though, they all seem to make you panicky, as one sympton 'could' be something dangerous- but if my partner isn't worried then I'm probably doing the worrying for her. ;-)
