I had it quite heavy this morning and thought I'd wet myself - or worse - my waters had broken! But all was fine.
Just make sure (and I'm not saying this to worry you) you contact your midwife if you notice any changes with it, like colour or smell or even consistency. Which was the case in my first pregnancy; I lost my plug (which is a clear stringy/sticky mucus/discharge) at 34 weeks [your plug is a mucus plug which blocks the opening to the cervix to prevent bacteria from entering. Before labour, this mucus plug is expelled so that the cervix can open to allow the baby to pass through to prepare for delivery.] which meant I went into labour early. So as I say keep a close eye on everything and if you notice any changes get on the blower to your midwife!
Hope this helps!
