Hi, I am really angry to read that your employer thinks it's acceptable to treat you like this!!
Can I just assure you that he has a legal obligation to assess your working environment now you're pregnant, and negotiate your working hours to hours more suitable to your needs.
Also, your employer CANNOT refuse to give you Maternity Leave and/or pay, and if he does, then you have every right to go to the Trade Unions where they will be more than happy to explain what you are entitled to and help you get it!
Please don't let them intimidate you into working when you don't feel well. They will get into so much trouble if you decide to take it further.
Don't let them take advantage. You and your baby are much more important!
Take care, sam x
