Our Little Bowls are brimming with flavour! Delicious meals for little ones served in their own little bowl. Cooked by carefully steaming high quality veggies to lock in the flavours & nutrients, then seasoned with a pinch of herbs, spices or a touch of garlic to deliver a great taste without adding salt. Each bowl contains 1 portion of steamed cooked veggies* and no artificial colours, flavourings or preservatives.

Carrot (40%), Water, Potato (10%), Pork (8%), Rice (8%), Cream (from milk), Corn starch, Onion (2%), Vegetable oils (Rapeseed oil, Sunflower oil, Vitamin E), Parsley, Garlic, Nutmeg.
*1 portion of vegetables for a 1 yr old = 40-60g, infants will eat less.
Preparation & storage
A yummy meal in 4 easy steps!
- Remove plastic lid.
- MICROWAVE: Remove film lid and then re-seal the bowl with the plastic lid. Microwave on full power for 30 seconds (700/750W). Be aware that cooking time may vary with microwave power!
HOB: Boil some water in a pan & remove from heat source. Do not remove the film lid before heating. Place the sealed bowl in hot water for 5 minutes. Carefully remove the bowl.
- Stir well.
- Always check the temperature before feeding.
Once opened, any unheated food may be kept in the fridge for up to 48 hours.
If you're feeding straight from the bowl, any unused food must be thrown away. Never re-heat.
