Spinach purée
Suitable from around 6 months
Cooking time: 3 minutes
Ingredients
- 50g spinach
- 30ml of your baby’s usual milk or cooled, boiled water
Method
- Wash spinach and cook in a saucepan with a splash of water for 2–3 mins or until the spinach has wilted.
- Cool slightly, then blend with a food processor or hand blender.
- Add water or milk to reach a smooth purée.
