- 150g blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 banana (peeled)
- A hearty dollop of Greek yoghurt (or vegan alternative)
- 1 cup of apple juice
1. Add all of the ingredients together in a blender.
2. Blitz until smooth enough for your liking.
3. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
Feel free to store any leftovers in the fridge for a healthy pregnancy snack.
