Scrambled eggs
You'll need:
- 2 eggs.
- 6-7 tablespoons of semi-skimmed milk.
- 1 knob of butter.
- Pinch of salt.
Method
- Whisk the eggs and the milk together in a bowl.
- Add a pinch of salt to the mixture.
- Melt the butter in a non-stick saucepan or frying pan and pour in the egg mixture.
- Stir and fold until scrambled and fully cooked all the way through.
- Tip: add extra butter for a silkier texture.
To serve:
Enjoy with wholemeal toast and some grilled tomatoes on the side for a yummy breakfast treat.
