- 200g of wholemeal pasta
- 100g frozen peas
- ¼ cucumber cut into cubes
- 8-10 cherry tomatoes
- Small handful of fresh basil
- 100 ml creme fraiche
- 2 tablespoons of green pesto
- Cook the pasta until al dente.
- Drain and add the creme fraiche and pesto.
- Allow to cool before adding the remaining ingredients and combine together
This will make enough for approximately 3 servings so feel free to enjoy again the next day, or share if you’re feeling generous!
